The taste is not sweet, but rich – like the shade of a forest on a summer day. Blueberries are an integral part of Nordic cuisine. They are used to make jams, compotes, and juices – but a fermented drink offers a completely different, more mature connection to this berry. It’s like meeting a familiar taste, but from a new angle. Ingredients: drinking water, blueberries (20%), honey (5%), good bacterial culture (Lacticaseibacillus, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus harbinensis, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus altitudinis, Bacillus pumilus, Bacillus safensis, Bacillus velezensis, Bacillus vallismortis, Paenibacillus amylolyticus, Paenibacillus dokdonensis, Paenibacillus pasadenensis). Usage recommendations: Consume pure, 100 ml before or after meals. Dilute with juice, water, or other beverage. Sweeten the concentrate with honey (100 ml/ 1 teaspoon of honey) – the unique taste of the concentrate will be revealed. Season dishes – green smoothies, chopped fruits, vegetables, salads, porridges. The product is intended for all consumer groups, except for infants under 12 months of age. Storage conditions: 2 to 18 °C. After opening, store in the refrigerator. Open the bottle slowly because it is under pressure. Possible sediments of natural origin.
