Cabbage is one of the oldest and most familiar vegetables in our culture. It has always been on the table: fermented, stewed, fresh. Fermented cabbage drink continues this tradition – it is a natural product of the fermentation process, in which you can feel the earth, the air, and time itself. The taste is bold but familiar. During fermentation, the sugars in the cabbage leaves are naturally transformed by microorganisms, giving the drink a distinct acidity, a slightly mineral feel, and a subtle herbal aftertaste. This is not a fruity drink – it is lively, straightforward, and unadorned. Cabbage has long been fermented in various cuisines around the world, from Korean kimchi to Lithuanian sauerkraut. The fermented liquid is a natural extension of this process, which is not only the flavor, but also the process. Ingredients: drinking water, cabbage (20%), honey (5%), good bacterial culture (Lacticaseibacillus, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus harbinensis, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus altitudinis, Bacillus pumilus, Bacillus safensis, Bacillus velezensis, Bacillus vallismortis, Paenibacillus amylolyticus, Paenibacillus dokdonensis, Paenibacillus pasadenensis). Usage recommendations: Consume pure, 100 ml before or after meals. Dilute with juice, water, or other beverage. Sweeten the concentrate with honey (100 ml/ 1 teaspoon of honey) – the unique taste of the concentrate will be revealed. Season dishes – green smoothies, chopped fruits, vegetables, salads, porridges. The product is intended for all consumer groups, except for infants under 12 months of age. Storage conditions:    2 to 18 °C. After opening, store in the refrigerator. Open the bottle slowly because it is under pressure. Possible sediments of natural origin.
