The apple is perhaps the most recognizable fruit in our latitudes. It reminds us of childhood, the autumn harvest, the dowry for the winter, and the first jam we tasted. A fermented apple drink retains this coziness, but at the same time opens the door to a different – livelier, more acidic – world of apples. During fermentation, the natural apple sugars are processed by microorganisms, making the drink slightly sour, balanced and somewhat reminiscent of apple cider vinegar, but with more softness. It is a clean, refreshing taste in which the apple reveals itself without added sweeteners or spices. Apples are a traditional fruit not only in our kitchen but also in our daily culture. Their fermented form is a modern way to include apples in the diet not only as a dessert, but also as a living beverage. Ingredients: drinking water, apples (20%), honey (5%), good bacterial culture (Lacticaseibacillus, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus harbinensis, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus altitudinis, Bacillus pumilus, Bacillus safensis, Bacillus velezensis, Bacillus vallismortis, Paenibacillus amylolyticus, Paenibacillus dokdonensis, Paenibacillus pasadenensis). Usage recommendations: Consume pure, 100 ml before or after meals. Dilute with juice, water, or other beverage. Sweeten the concentrate with honey (100 ml/ 1 teaspoon of honey) – the unique taste of the concentrate will be revealed. Season dishes – green smoothies, chopped fruits, vegetables, salads, porridges. The product is intended for all consumer groups, except for infants under 12 months of age. Storage conditions: 2 to 18 °C. After opening, store in the refrigerator. Open the bottle slowly because it is under pressure. Possible sediments of natural origin.
