Do not buy! There is something wrong with the quality of this doll. The skin stains and is not able to be cleaned and the hair matted and is next to impossible to brush. I even tried a detangler. Unfortunately this is my daughter’s favorite doll but the doll is a disaster. She is my 3rd child and we’ve had way too many dolls but I’ve never had this happen to any other doll in my life. I have dolls from when I was a child that are in way better condition than this one. She’s perfect out of the box but after a week she already looked filthy. It’s very frustrating. Not even the magic eraser works to clean her off. I put her in the washing machine as the company says they are machine washable but that did nothing. I tried to clean her with soap and water, tooth paste, pink stuff, baking soda and vinegar. I mean nothing works and my daughter is so attached to this now awful looking doll������I cringe every time she wants to take her out in public �� I’ve even considered buying a new one for her but it pains me to drop another $60 on another poor quality doll. Such a shame. I wish she’d move in from this doll but I’m stuck with it for now. Thanks a lot Adora ��
