Box arrived in good shape and was packaged nicely. No weird smells upon opening. Immediately, I was in love with her face, she is adorable. The arms, legs and head are a squeezable material not like the hard plastics cheaper dolls have. Her body is cloth and very soft. Her outfit is well made and super cute! The accessories are good quality. The eyelashes are nicely done as well as all the painted details. All in all I am very happy with this purchase and I know my daughter will be thrilled when she opens this gift! I do wish the neck went down lower for lower fitting outfits. But that is just nit picking at this point. I hope she stands the test of time, I will update my review after she has been played with to show how she holds up.
