I was really hesitant about purchasing this doll because there aren’t many reviews and most of those are from people who received a free doll. I honestly have a hard time trusting those reviews, so if you’re like me, here’s my honest take. I was pleasantly surprised! The doll really is very sweet and precious and looks so so similar to the photos in the listing. I would say the biggest difference is that the doll’s coloring is slightly less vibrant in real life. There are great little details put into the doll, like her fingers/toenails. I thought the painted hair might look obviously fake, but it really doesn’t stand out in any negative way. There are a few really really faint lines around the sides of her face and on her arms and I think they’re supposed to be veins. They seem a little unnecessary because they don’t look super realistic, but I don’t feel that they take away from the doll at all. Her body is soft and snuggly, maybe a bit over fluffed in her belly/bottom area. She comes with a real little diaper which is precious. All of the clothes/accessories look just like the listing. Overall, I’m really glad I took a risk and bought this doll. It really is such a sweet doll and I think we’ll have one happy little girl on Christmas morning.
