Arrived torn up missing a shoe. Yet no openning where it could have fell out. My granddaughter had never seen these Polly Pockets before onlt the tiny ones. I bought these for her to play with on Thanksgiving. They are easy to dress we played for hours. She asked to take one home. I ended up buying her a set. I also bought her 4 more of these 3″ doll sets for Christmas. My daughter says she plays with them all the time.
