I bought this for my 3 and 5 year old daughters. It took me less than an hour to build, from opening the package to the final product. Very easy, though directions were pretty basic and not very elaborate, but more detailed instructions weren’t really necessary. Glue was not necessary, though I did decide to add some to the beams, mostly for precaution, but it doesn’t seem needed even after a laying with it. Sturdy, well built home, would 100% but again. ��
