Pros: Very nice product. This dollhouse kit came well-packaged in extra-heavy cardboard box with no damage to any contents, which were similarly well wrapped and protected within. The structural pieces were clearly labelled with part numbers, as were the accompanying pieces. The structure was easy to assemble, the wood-composition was firm, and the screws did not strip. There were no missing parts. The instructions for the tiny ceiling lights were a little confusing, but everything worked perfectly. Would buy again. Cons: Part numbers were on small stickers, which were tedious to remove, and left a gluey residue, best removed with a very light oil. A solvent should not be used, as the painted background will also be removed. Part number stickers would have been much easier with a sticker glue designed for easy removal.
