This was easy to assemble and is very durable (with the exception of the ladder – my kids accidently broke the part that attaches to the beds within a week). I am not concerned with that since the ladder was for aesthetic vs functionality. My girls American Girl Dolls fit perfectly on these and they can decide to keep them as a bunk bed or separate them into two beds on the floor. The beds are sturdy but not too heavy that my daughters (ages 3 and 4) can stack them or separate them and move them around. Overall it is great for the price (beats the cost of actual American Girl Doll bed stickers prices) and is still great quality!
