I grab up dolls that I have never seen or heard of before. I want to make doll clothes for as many different dolls as I can so I’ve become sort of a… hoarder, rather than a collector. The more dolls, the wider selection I can learn to sew for. This doll is cute. She has a unique face and inset eyes that appear to be resin. It looks like she is looking at you from any angle! Her legs and arms and neck are pretty frail, which is bad considering the gimmick is to vigorously brush out her hair and most people will be using the doll as leverage to do so, especially a child. My recommendation? Adults: boil wash the hair to try to get the gel out, but don’t hold your breath. I did this to the Glam doll because that hair is just a no. However, I left Qtee’s hair “failed” since it fits with her anime girl aesthetic and is more balanced than the other doll’s styles. Qtee can fit all OMG Tweens clothing except the shoes. Any gen 3 Monster High Frankie, Toralei, and Twyla tops and skirts fit, but not the shoes or jackets or long sleeved shirts (due to length). The shoes Qtee comes with are perfect for core gen 3 Frankie Stein’s outfit though! Any other Failfix doll with the slim body type will also be able to fit the above mentioned clothing, too. I will definitely be using Qtee for many photos to display other doll line’s clothing ❤️ For adults, I recommend. A gift for children, not so much. The doll is just too cheap and hard to “fix” for the price. 1 photo is warm light and the others are cool light. The doll is true to the photos.
