Composed by the quality 1 Silver Medal, each amphora is finished by hand, sealed with raw rope and red wax sealing and kept inside a special box. Aged for 6 years. Ingredients: cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar. Aging: In French oak barrels, from the 1900s with the addition of aged balsamic vinegar extracted from centuries old casks. Serving Suggestions: salad, vegetables, sauces and slowed cooked stews.
