Arrived as pictured! In these pictures she is wearing size preemie clothing which fit her best. NB size fits but is a little baggy and sleeves needed to be rolled up, and NB diapers fit her just fine. I spent WEEKS searching for the right baby for my daughter. It took me weeks to order one because the reviews on all of them were so iffy. It seems most were hit or miss when came to receiving a baby that looked like the photo and matched the description.
