This doll overall is very cute! However, her head is very heavy, which makes her very easy to drop, fall, etc.. , which actually could hurt someone if it fell on them, especially if a little one was playing with this around a baby. The head reminds me of a bowling ball. My little one loves this doll, but hates that she is constantly falling from being top heavy. Very disappointed in the weight, and if you have little ones who have baby siblings, tend to use toys to hit, etc.. I would steer clear of this item, or you may find yourself making a trip to the doctor. The water tank for this doll is in her head so she has a big cap right in the middle of her head, and due to be top heavy she can’t even stay in the sitting position
