Freeze-dried strawberries retain the same shape, volume, color, retain almost all the vitamins, retain their aromatic and taste properties, and become fluffy and crunchy in texture. Ingredients: chocolate 89% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier soy lecithin, flavoring vanillin), dried strawberries (10%), glazes (tapioca starch, shellac).
