This doll looks very much like the posted images. I think she’s adorable. The outfit is a little loose. She’s a small doll, probably would wear newborn or possibly premee sized clothes. Her feet and hands are quite small. She is anatomically correct, which may have been in the listing but if it was I missed that detail. One review I saw for a different doll showed an “anatomically correct” female doll and it was more like a narrow bum. This one is pretty realistic. I suppose since it is that detailed, being accurate is better than not����‍♀️
