That is NOT the same face! Initially I felt SO jipped, especially considering the price I paid. BUT… we fell in love with her anyway, and have accepted the different face and decided against filing a return. The hair is wonky, but baby hair is wonky too, so again, it was well received enough (and way close to Christmas!) that it also made us hesitant for return. I’ve purchased other dolls at a fraction of the cost and they looked identical to the photo, so please understand my reluctance to welcome her into the house.
