Description In the fifth grade botany block we will cover monocots and dicots, ferns, fungi, flowers, fruits, vegetables and much more. We will learn the Kingdoms of Animalia, Protista, Fungi, Monera, and Plantae. We will learn what the shapes of leaves mean and how different plants grow and different heights. We will also learn about the parts of plants such as leaves, flowers, stems, and roots and what function they play in the life of the plant. This block includes many beautiful Main Lesson Book pages as well as a teacher explaining the pages on video.
