Jiffy-Pro is a manual sharpener for knives and scissors, made of polymer. Designed for travelers, but will also work well in the home kitchen. Enables quick and easy sharpening of blunt blades. The handle, made of strong and lightweight plastic, has rubberized inserts to ensure a firm grip and – in combination with the special, contoured shape – stability during sharpening. The characteristic, long grip arm can be used to attach the transport knife, e.g. to the edge of the bag or the strap at the backpack. The tool is equipped with as many as three built-in sharpeners: carbide (coarse) and ceramic (extra-fine, 1500) for knife maintenance, and a scissor sharpener built in the handle. Made of carbide, it has a coarse grit and is adapted to sharpen both right and left-handed tools. Just a few strokes are enough to restore the scissor blade to its full efficiency.
